I loved the room for fold out couch, the bed was soft.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was brand-new. The hotel was in a great location just off restaurants, grocery stores, Knoxville and grocery stores.

The hotel was located very close to restaurants, grocery stores as well as grocery stores. I had a studio suite included with shower and the dishwasher and the couch.

Everyone who worked there was super-friendly. I booked a room with a soft bed, central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave.

The staff was helpful and very pleasant all the time. The room was big with smoke detectors for safety measures. Private bathrooms, that included a walk-in shower, were cleaned daily.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and we appreciated their friendliness. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options including crepes and eggs. we had a fantastic experience at Element and would highly recommend it. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, modern rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Cleanliness is consistent throughout the rooms and the hotel offers great facilities like grills and fire pits on the patio beside the pool, which is well-maintained. The staff is welcoming and loves pets, as evidenced by the cleanup station for pet waste and the love they lavish on the pets.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and modern, offering a kitchenette with pots and pans, cutlery, and plates. The TV had access to streaming services like Netflix and Showtime, which was a nice amenity. the location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the fire pits on the patio next to the pool.
